We provide both general and specialized ultrasound services.  A board certified radiologist takes appointments at our clinic one day out of the month.  The specialist will perform all cardiac evaluations, and more in depth evaluations such as studies on the adrenal glands and pancreas and can biopsy if necessary.

Dr. Candace is trained for many routine procedures such as pregnancy evaluations, identifying bladder stones, screening for liver disease etc., can be performed with our in-house ultrasound services.  Ultrasound has been a powerful tool that we have used to non-invasively identify many problems over the years.  For example, we have identified countless cases of bladder stones that had been treated as bladder infections in the past.  One case in particular had been treated for over a year before the problem was discovered on ultrasound. 

Ultrasound has been a useful tool in the early detection of pregnancy and confirming viable fetuses at various stages of pregnancy.  We have found various types of cancer upon evaluation of the liver, spleen, kidneys, etc.  The blessing is that in many cases a diagnosis is made without having to perform surgery.
