Appointment Policy

Appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments, then walk-ins.  Call 507-332-0716 to make an appointment in Faribault.  Call 507-214-7387 to make an appointment in Owatonna.

Payment Policy

Our hospitals do not recieve third party payments, grants or government subsidies.  In order to provide the best services a well trained staff, after hours availability and have the necessary euipment, we require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
